You can also add more or less to your liking and you can even use as an ingredient and make some unique drinks or foods! What's so different from other "instant" teas? Because this is an actual tea leaf, that is grinded into a powder form-and it dissolves quickly in cold or hot water, cooking with it is great! Make unique foods and desserts, and even drinks! Because of it's ability to dissolve in cold water, mixing with alcohol is a breeze! We can send you great receipies with your order! First, Matcha Matcha ranks number one in taste against the top 3 green teas on the market!
Second, you are not drinking steeped tea! So unlike those other "instant" tea packets that you might see similar to this, when you drink Matcha Matcha, you are actually drinking the ENTIRE tea leaf! Matcha Matcha uses a propietary process to pulverize green tea leaves allowing it to dissolve more readily than any other whole green tea products in the marketplace. This allows you to make hot or cold matcha in an instant!
Third, It contains ONLY the best quality tea leaves- the first pick ot he harvest, and they are shade grown, to avoid the bitter taste from sun-exposed green tea leaves, taking full advantage of the higher nutritional content in these younger tea leaves. As a result, Matcha Matcha Sencha has 1200 ORAC level- eight times the amount found in typical steeped green tea.
