Hurricane Sandy

Thank you for patience during and the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy here in New Jersey.  We have finally received power at 1/2 of our facility today!  We are working on responding to all emails and getting out orders as soon as possible.  Thank you for kind emails of concern from our customers.  We are all okay thanks to all of your thoughts and prayers.  We hope that all of you and those you may know who were affected are also doing well, and our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone.  Our phone lines still seem to be down here and there, so please feel free to email us at customerservice@tokuisa.com if you cannot get a response by telephone.  Again we would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding, and of course kind words we have received.  Thank you again

We can delay your shipment!

If there is anything on our site that you would like to order, but perhaps, you don't want it shipped out right away?
No problem!  We can delay your shipping date to any date in 2011!  So how about getting a head start on holiday shopping?  We cannot guarantee the date of arrival, but if you let us know what day you would like it to arrive, we will delay the shipping date, so that it arrives near that day!

To chose this option, just write us the date you would like it to arrive in the NOTE BOX at the time of check out, and we'll delay the shipment so that it arrives around that date.  Please note: regular ground shipping orders we ask 7 to 10 business days so any date request should be more than 10 business days from the date you place your order.
Example: in the note box: "Would like it to arrive before Dec 25th, 2011"

Again, this is not a guaranteed arrival date but more of a service for you so you can do your shopping, without cluttering your own home!  If you have any questions, please feel free to email: customerservice@tokiusa.com

Plum Blossom Mug

We have somehow completely sold out of this mug until July 2011 for some reason? Could it be because of this movie?  We would like to think that it's because it is a beautiful line Plum Blossom series that is still one our most popular lines today! 

You can still pre-order this mug today and you will get the first ones that arrive into the USA.  We are estimating July 2011.

Canada Locations

I was just informed that all Utsuwa-No-Yakata Canada locations have closed except for the Aberdeen Centre location.  If you wish to contact someone from The Utsuwa-No-Yakata Canada location- please send your emails to:

No More Sales Tax to CA

As of today, January 13th, 2010, there will be no more sales tax for shipments into California.

The only state requiring sales tax will be the state of New Jersey (7%)

All other states will no longer have sales tax.  While our web site is being updated,  IF you order to California, and your order shows a sales tax we will refund you the sales tax amount back to your credit card.

We have many items online that may not be available at our retail stores!  If there is something that interests you, and you do live near one of our retail stores-you can prepay online (your shipping fee will be refunded back to you) and you can pick it up at our retail store.  Please keep in mind, it can take up to 2 weeks for the item to reach the store of your choice.  Please email customerservice@tokiusa.com for details.
