Kokeicha is a specialty Japanese tea that is prepared from green tea powder. This special process takes water, add to the tea powder, kneaded and then extruded through a machine (similar to making fresh pasta), and then dried, for a "pine needle" like form result. This tea is very healthy because you are actually consuming the entire tea. This is also excellent for baked goods, and for sprinkling on ice-cream, cooking accents on fish and other foods.
