What's so different from other "instant" teas?

Sencha information:
All green tea has some caffine, but unlike most caffinated drinks, Sencha leaves you mentally alert, yet calmed and soothed without the jitteriness.  Sencha is steamed to prevent oxidation, then the leaves are rolled, shaped, adn dried, creating the traditional think cylindrical shape of the tea.  Finally after they are dried, the leaves are fired to aid in their presevation and to add flavor.
