Directions: Just mix one packet into 8-12 oz hot water, OR 12-16oz cold water and just stir!

Genmai is an all natural roasted brown rice with tea leaf drink. Genmai has a unique sort of "nutty" taste that seems to be the most popular for the American palette. Genmai is popped brown rice combined with sencha green tea leaves and is excellent for the digestion. It contains brown rice that is slowly roasted until golden and then coarsley grounded with the dried tea leaves.

Houji information:
Houji s an all natural roasted tea leaf drink. Houji is for tea lovers who also love their coffee. It has a toasty, caramelized taste. And the best part is that Houji comes with all fo the health benefits of green tea, with the least (almost none) caffeine. So for those who do not like to take any caffeine, this is your best choice. In Japan, it is very common to see pregnant women drink because of it's very minimal caffeine. Children are also regularly spotted drinking this also!
Houji is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal. The tea is fired at a high temperature, changing the leaf color from green to reddish brown.

Sencha information:
All green tea has some caffine, but unlike most caffinated drinks, Sencha leaves you mentally alert, yet calmed and soothed without the jitteriness. Sencha is steamed to prevent oxidation, then the leaves are rolled, shaped, adn dried, creating the traditional think cylindrical shape of the tea. Finally after they are dried, the leaves are fired to aid in their presevation and to add flavor.
